MISS ULUNMA AGU

Miss Ulunma Agu began her legal career as a solicitor at one of the oldest and prestigious law firms in Lagos, Nigeria; Odujinrin and Adefulu. She formed part of the corporate commercial team that handled commercial transactions within the Firm. In addition to commercial law, she provided varying legal services to top and middle oil and gas firms, in both the upstream and oil servicing sectors within the industry. 

Miss Ulunma was part of the team at Odujinrin & Adefulu, tasked with advising on the acquisition of power generating and distribution plants, during the privatization of the power sector in Nigeria.  She is well versed in company secretarial law having provided corporate secretarial services to companies in the Oil and Gas, Power and Medical Services sectors in Nigeria.  

Miss Agu is a graduate of Law from the University of Ibadan. She was called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled at the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She brings over 11 years’ experience on board. In addition to her legal background, Ulunma obtained a Master’s Degree from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, in corporate communications and public affairs. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar, Lagos Chapter and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
